A lot of people are very picky about the way we dress and dress our houses. My husband and I have really picked them up on our own in a couple of years, and we have so much fun.
But how do you dress your house? Many people have a very specific idea of what they want their house to look like and how they want it to feel. For example, I once had a friend who was very particular about how to paint her house. She wanted it to look exactly like a “normal” house that she lived in as a child. She wanted it to feel exactly like a kid’s house.
If you don’t have a theme or style or a design in mind, your house will look different on certain days. My parents’ house in New York City was never the same when we lived there. Even though we had the same style, it didn’t look and feel the same. It was also a very large house and so many rooms. When you have a big house like our house, you need to think about how you want your rooms to feel.
The design of an apartment or house comes down to the size of the rooms and the size of the house. With a large house, the smallest room that is smaller than the entire house is the kitchen. A good design always has a kitchen, living room, dining room, and/or kids rooms. However, a design should also have the bathroom and laundry room.
The main reason we have the house in mind for us is that we have the ability to take a few more rooms (or even a few more) without thinking about how we want them to feel. We want to make sure that the room we’re building is as close to the room we’re building as possible.
And in our case, we wanted to build a home that is as open to nature as possible. We wanted to create a feeling of a “lush jungle”, and we wanted to make sure that the house is as comfortable as possible for the neighbors.
Although we never really thought of it that way, we wanted the house to be as open as possible to the neighborhood. Of course, this is easier said than done. It’s hard to imagine how you would ever get a home that was so completely open to nature. We wanted to create a home that the neighbors would feel comfortable with. And we want to make sure that our neighbors feel comfortable with our house as well.
How about the house that the neighbors are going to be able to build? And how about the house that the owner is going to be able to build? The house that the neighbors have to build isn’t just the most comfortable house, but it’s also the least comfortable. We want the house that the neighbors are going to be able to build to be as comfortable as possible.
One of the first things you learn about the design of a house is that it needs to be accessible to the public. That’s not to say the owner has to sacrifice comfort to become a homeowner, it is just that that being accessible is one of the necessary criteria for a home to make the most sense. At our offices, it’s not uncommon for the building team to do a design of the house to make sure the floorplan is as comfortable as possible.
A little more than two months later we finally have a new time-looping stealth “em up” in Deathloop, the team at our office is doing a design of the house to make sure the floorplan is as comfortable as possible, based on the experience of other developers working on projects in the industry. This is actually something that everyone else can do, but not everyone’s experience is as good as ours.
