I love the use of the word “mantra.” Mantra is probably the most commonly used word in the yoga world (and, yes, I used it). A mantra is a word or phrase that is repeated in a special way, usually over and over again (for example, the mantra, “I love my body”) to bring a person or thing into focus.
The most common mantra in yoga is the mantra of the namaste. It’s a mantra of the namaste that we use to guide our body in that our body is the center of the energy field. The mantra is a word that tells us when our energy has been absorbed, and that means that we are in a state of intense, intense energy.
The words namaste and namaste are almost interchangeable, but in the end it’s more important to have a mantra than to have a mantra. If your mantra is about the energy that we are in, it means that we use energy to move our body. It’s like having a mantra that tells you that we need to do something, like moving our feet, something that will bring energy into our bodies.

Body-related mantras are very powerful. When I first started practicing the mantra last year (it took a year for me to become adept), I found myself feeling a little lost and disoriented. One of the reasons why I began to keep a journal is because when I started practicing the mantra again, it was as if I was reading my own thoughts. I began to identify the patterns in my thoughts and to see what they were trying to tell me. So I was able to identify a pattern in my thoughts, but I couldnt express it clearly enough. The easiest way to get to a point where I could communicate it to myself.
The difference between being able to communicate it to yourself and being able to express it is that the former is easier because you’re already engaged in what you’re trying to communicate. In other words, you understand what you’re trying to express, and you’re already in the flow. The latter is harder because you have to find the words to express it. You have to find the right words.
It’s not so much the words that matter, but the tone of voice that does. When you are engaging in a conversation, you are using a different tone of voice, one that is more comfortable to speak using. This is why when you are writing something down, you are using a voice that is much more familiar to you, because you are already in the flow. Now, when you are speaking your voice is a bit quieter and you use a different tone of voice.
