It’s often said that there is a third level of self-awareness. This would refer to a third level of self-awareness that involves taking the time to reflect on what we’re doing and how we’re doing it. When there is an imbalance in this third level, the resulting imbalance in the second level can cause the second level to become imbalanced.
In the film Lord and Master, the third level of self-awareness is the ability to not be so self-involved that you don’t know who you are. In the film, we see the main character, Lord Krishna, in a series of flashbacks who has been through a number of traumatic events, including his own father’s death. In his mind, he is finally able to see who he is.
The reason why we have to be self-aware and not worry about the things that are going on in our lives and in our minds is because our minds are so disconnected from reality.
If you look at your life from a distant place, you will see your life, even if it is a dream, in a totally different way from how you see yourself. You will see your life as a series of images in your mind, in a way that you are able to view them in real time. It is your perception of reality that we are talking about.

This all ties in with our previous statement about trying to be more aware of our thoughts and our actions. Our thoughts are the things that we think about all the time. Our actions are the things we do in real time. We can do these things and still not really understand them. We need to be selfaware to be able to see our actions in a better way.
We could easily just call ourselves more selfaware. We could call ourselves more awake. We could call ourselves more aware of our thoughts and more aware of the things surrounding us. But we can’t. So there we go.
If we really want to get our minds into a better state of being, we could ask the question, “Why am I in trouble?” In other words, “Why am I feeling this way?” “Why am I seeing this? Why am I here?” These questions ask us to see ourselves and our actions, in the most honest way, and then we can do something about them.
That’s right. We are in trouble. We are in trouble because we have a tendency to take things for granted. But we don’t stop to think about it, because we just keep doing what we’ve been doing. And if you don’t think about why you are in trouble, you’re going to end up going down the same path.
Why am I running out of time? This is very much a part of me that runs away from the action. I got the feeling that I was running out of time when I was running out of time when I was running out of time to do something. But I also wanted to be clear about the fact that I ran out of time, and that I wasn’t running out of time to do anything because I was running out of time to do something.
