It all comes down to your ISP and what they think is best for your home network.
What you should do is ask for a list of your service providers. Even if they do not have a phone number on their list, you can still ask them for a list of your providers. They will probably have a phone number on their list. This will help you narrow down what providers are actually available to you.
You may also find that some providers have a policy requiring you to have internet access to all of your devices. It all comes down to your ISP and what they think is best for your home network.
